Brought my Segway G2 Max into the NSP location to Mak. The rear fender was hanging on by a thread and the taillight had stopped working.
I got a quote 2-3 days, and it was done all within less than a week of drop off. Mak not only flawlessly fixed my fender (it is totally secured now and doesn’t make a sound while riding) he also took the time to recommend and put tire sealant in, check the front screws/stem, and tighten the brakes. He also replaced a reflector sticker that was falling off. He gave great tips on how to keep the scooter in good shape (inflate your tires every two weeks)!
I personally feel like my scooter is riding more smoothly than when I bought it.
Will definitely be coming back to him if anything happens again, and he was able to give great advice about the scooter market and what’s worth getting and not, and he told me to reach out to
him when I decide to upgrade to see what he thinks and if he knows how to work on it, which is something I didn’t ever think about it but, you need a guy you can bring your scooter to when sh*t hits the fan and Mak is the way to go.

Brought my scooter all the way from upstate New York (Syracuse), where I couldn't get any repair done, to this place in North St Paul. Mak is a perfect communicator, an extremely knowledgeable repair expert, and a pleasure to do business with. Don't be put off by the payment method; it's what assures he will stay in business until next time I need him.

13.7/10 - Couldn’t recommend enough - I snapped my scooter’s stem on a branch and flipped over it and had my fun parkour moment and thought my scooter was totaled. Was able to order the part I needed online and take it to their MidWay St. Paul shop and they fixed it no problem. This place rocks!! Thank You SkrrrtScooters !!

Mak did his thing! Tire lost its bead and had a couple issues! Took it over to his NSP location, quote came quickly and the work was precision! If you need your scooter repaired take it to Mak!

My son had an electric scooter that had light and blinker and taillight failures. It took lots of digging and calling to about 4 places before I was able to find Skrrrt Scooters. They came recommended and I connected with them.
Drop off was a little wonky and I didn’t pay enough attention as I could have just dropped it at the shop directly saving time and some money.
Repairs were perfect the scooter came back detailed and in better condition than before. It was fixed flawlessly!
If I ever need the scooter fixed again, this will be my go to shop.

So happy that we have a repair shop like this in the neighborhood! I stopped by just to see what was possible and in-scope for their repairs (as I have a Segway Ninebot – wasn't sure if they serviced those). I spoke with Mak who was very friendly and started looking at my scooter on the spot. 1k miles on mine and I was checking on if I need to watch out for anything, if tires looked ok, etc.
Turns out I was low on air, and probably had been for 3+ months. He recommended getting some, checking the pressure ~monthly but all looked well otherwise. What a HUGE difference that made – I thought I had been having battery problems or it was just getting older. Nope, good as new with about 1 sec worth of inflation.
If I ever need repairs or parts, 100% will stop in here. Very friendly and approachable place.

Would not recommend , tire goes flat in two days less than a month after completely replaced. Owner offered me nothing but 50% off another repair??

They are the best! I highly recommend this company! My scooter had a flat tire and needed some general wear and tear repair. I just jumped on their website and made an appointment. It was so easy. They walked me through everything and everything was so detailed. There was great communication throughout my experience. Mak was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They have three great locations you can drop off your scooter out throughout the Twin Cities. I am a lifetime customer.

I had a problem with air leaking out of my tire and they fixed it no problem. They had to replace parts and I got my Jetson scooter back in a week. They were great with communication and everyone I talked with was very nice. Good experience overall and would come back for sure.

I needed help with a new mobility electric trike. On the 4th day I had it, it died. Communication with the manufacturer was spotty at best, but I needed help now. I called quite a few places. I was told by each that they didn't handle that scooter and didn't have parts. When I talked to the people at Skrrt, it was 180 degrees different! They told me to bring it over, they fixed electric scooters and were confident could and would fix mine! They were very aware of my time and listened to my problem, fixed it, and inspected the rest from one end to the other. Gave me some tips and we were done. A very good experience!!

This is the place you need to go for any electric scooter need! I I had a battery issue with my Apollo Explore scooter so I reached out to the team. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond, especially Mak. First, they provided a very thorough analysis on my scooter and offered a quote. Then, they fixed my scooter after troubleshooting all possible causes to the issue and then provided a convenient pickup location afterwards. I was very, very impressed with them all around!

A few weeks ago I called expressing interest in renting two scooters for an afternoon. Mak (Kareem) was wonderful to work with and we arranged a date/time to connect. The night prior he reached out to confirm our appointment and let me know they were both charged up and ready to go. My sister and I took them out south of the city - numerous people asked us questions about them & we had a great time cruising around. I'll absolutely be renting again!

Kareem was super attentive, provided awesome service, and left all of our scooters (which were in different states of disrepair) in practically new condition. Kareem and his intern Tim were the BEST when it came to scooter repair. Even though my scooter kept breaking (ninebot kick scooter es4 with error 54) he was able to fix it and keep working on the problem until it was resolved. Kareem even was willing to drive to my apartment to drop it off when he repaired it. He is incredibly kind and accommodating, by far the best customer experience I've ever had! I would absolutely recommend skrrrt for any scooter buying or repairs.

Skrrrt! Kareem Was very accommodating, great experience. Love the scooter. It has a headlight & taillight which flashes when braking, speedometer, odometer, 3 gears, disc brake, bell, and kickstand. It has a quick release fold down handlebar with a latch that doubles as the bell ringer. Minimal assembly which was very easy, four bolts with tool included to attach the handle bar to the upright… unboxed and assembled in five minutes tops. You can scan a QR code on the back of the manual to download an app which connects to the scooter over Bluetooth allowing you to lock the scooter and also monitor the battery level while charging. Skrrrt skrrrt!!
